Beutifully bound by the french bookbinder Hardy (Paris 1850-1880) in full red morocco. Spine and boards elaborately gilt. Inner dentelles and edges gilt. Boards with gilt supralibos. Bookplate to front pastedown (Grace Whithney Hoff) and to front edpaper (Thorvald Lindquist). Housed in a red box. Complete with La Fauconnerie du Roi, with the poem by Esparron, printed in 1617 and Discours de Chasse, printed in 1619. A fine and handsome copy.. .
